We are so excited to have one of our largest music classes ever!  This year we have over 500 students in our Band and Orchestra program! 

 

BOP is working hard to make sure every student has access to an instrument, all of the essential accessories, sheet music, and books for the best possible day to day classroom experience.  

 

We are also hoping to provide support by bringing in highly qualified professional musicians and teachers to work with our talented students.  

 

Equally, it is our goal to enrich our program by providing opportunities for our students to explore the larger Chicago musical community with trips to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the Northshore Concert Band, many of our neighboring colleges and universities, and many other wonderful ensembles in and around the city.
